Shipping policy

Shipping within Singapore

 Service

  • All orders are shipped using a registered/tracked postal service. A tracking number will be provided in your dispatch email. A signature may be required on delivery. 

 

Processing 

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). We’ll email you when your parcel is dispatched with your tracking number. 

Delivery timelines (typical local registered-mail windows) 

  • Registered/Tracked: usually 2–5 business days from dispatch. Timelines may extend during peak periods, severe weather, or operational delays.
  • If delivery cannot be completed, a notice is typically left and the item is held at a designated collection point or a redelivery is offered. Uncollected items may be returned to sender.

Rates 

  • SGD 3.50 flat for orders under SGD 70. 
  • Free registered/tracked shipping for orders ≥ SGD 70 (we cover the cost). 

Delivery confirmation & non‑receipt

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days from our dispatch email, contact us at contact.us@thesanbao.com with your order number. 
  • We will review the tracking and lodge an inquiry with the delivery provider. If loss is confirmed, we will replace or refund your order. If tracking shows “Delivered,” claims are assessed case‑by‑case. 

Address accuracy 

  • Please ensure your address (including unit number and postal code) is correct. Misdelivery due to incorrect addresses or non‑collection may incur a reship fee.

 

Heat & handling

  •  We pack to minimise heat exposure and may hold shipments over weekends when needed to protect product quality.

 

International shipping 

  • Not available at this time.
