Refund policy
We do not accept change‑of‑mind returns. For safety and hygiene, opened supplements cannot be returned.
Eligible cases (refund or replacement)
- Damaged, tamper‑evident seal broken, or spoiled packaging on arrival.
- Product quality issue (e.g., contamination, unusual odour/appearance).
- Adverse or allergic reaction. Stop use immediately and contact us.
How to request help
Email us at contact.us@thesanbao.com within the timeframe below with:
- Order number
- Photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the batch/lot number printed on the pack
- Description of the issue (for reactions, include symptoms and timing) We may request the product be returned for quality investigation or ask for medical confirmation for adverse reactions.
Timeframes
- Damage/quality issues: notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Adverse/allergic reaction: notify us within 30 days of delivery.
Resolution
- We’ll replace the product or issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after review.
- For approved cases, we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
