Refund policy

We do not accept change‑of‑mind returns. For safety and hygiene, opened supplements cannot be returned.

 

Eligible cases (refund or replacement) 

  1. Damaged, tamper‑evident seal broken, or spoiled packaging on arrival. 
  2. Product quality issue (e.g., contamination, unusual odour/appearance). 
  3. Adverse or allergic reaction. Stop use immediately and contact us. 

 

How to request help 

Email us at contact.us@thesanbao.com within the timeframe below with: 

  • Order number 
  • Photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the batch/lot number printed on the pack 
  • Description of the issue (for reactions, include symptoms and timing) We may request the product be returned for quality investigation or ask for medical confirmation for adverse reactions.

 

Timeframes 

  • Damage/quality issues: notify us within 7 days of delivery. 
  • Adverse/allergic reaction: notify us within 30 days of delivery. 

 

Resolution

  •  We’ll replace the product or issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after review.
  •  For approved cases, we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
